OSLO Crystallization

The OSLO crystallizer is also known as the crystallization type crystallizer. After the material enters the system, it is sent to the evaporator by the sending ring pump. After being heated and evaporated, it enters the evaporation chamber. 

The solution separated from the secondary steam is directly sent to the bottom of the crystallization growth section through the central downward pipeline. Then, it flows upward through the fluidized bed where the supersaturation disappears and the crystal material in the crystal bed grows. When the particles grow to the required size, they are discharged from the product outlet. The larger the particle size requirement, the longer the crystallization time, the larger the volume of the crystal growth chamber, and the crystallization time can reach more than 6 to 10 hours. The crystallization chamber has the function of particle size classification. The crystals produced are large and uniform, and the crystallization can reach over 3.0mm.
