Solvent Recovery by distillation process is very common in chemicals production. Conventional method engage fresh steam for reboiler to provide heat for the system.
Sanfeng Tech provide heat pump based distillation that can eliminate the fresh steam supply and recover the overhead vapor latent for a variety of processes. This will enable the energy cost remarkably as well as the carbon dioxide emissions.
An example of upgrading existing convenional fresh steam based distillation system configuration indicated.
The typical applicable process
-NMP recovery during aramid fiber or lithium battery electrolyte.
-DMSO recovery during carbon fiber or eletronical chemicals production;
-DMF recovery during PU etc. production;
-Acetone, butanol, methanol recovery for chemical or pharmaceutical productions.
