The equipment adopts advanced three-dimensional flow design theory and CFD flow field analysis technology, enabling are aerodynamic design of the impeller to achieve highly optimized aerodynamic characteristics, with a total pressure efficiency of up to 90%.

The equipment uses a hydraulic control to adjust the blade angle of the impeller, with an adjustment range of 20%-110% of the design performance, while maintaining high-efficiency operation; it is suitable for a medium temperature range of 20-200℃.

The equipment adopts thin oil station forced oil lubrication and air cooling, with a low bearing temperature rise (≤35℃) and a long bearing service life (≥80000h).

The annual utilization rate of this equipment reaches from than 99%, and an overhaul is carried out once every 4 years of operation.

The equipment has a compact structure, making inspection and repair convenient and quick.

The equipment has low vibration value (≤2,5mm/s) and low noise ≤85dB(A).
