Process Design Package (PDP)
Led by a team of PhD in Chemical Engineering with extensive expertise in process engineering, we offer Process Design Packages (PDP) to support Front-End Engineering Design (FEED). This enables the evaluation of both feasibility and economic advantages. As the project progresses, the PDP is further refined to guide the complete project execution
One efficient method of waste heat recovery involves diverting vapour to the heat pump system to recover latent heat(which was supplied to the cooler for condensation). The added heat exchanger continues to heat the tower’s bottom chemicals using the recovered heat from vapour, in some cases, completely eliminating the demand for fresh steam. This process would significantly lower operational costs, reduce steam consumption, and minimise CO2 emissions. In general, there are two methods of heat recovery, direct and indirect.
